Kim Melody Zoutewelle
Kim Melody Zoutewelle is a designer based in Amsterdam. She graduated from the Design Academy Eindhoven in , specializing in the Department of Identity, which merges architecture and fashion. Her practice centers on material research, with a focus on glass and pattern design, skills she developed at Kunstregie and Grafisch Atelier Den Bosch. She recently collaborated with Kunstregie on silkscreened stained glass windows. She creates exclusive art pieces and ambient lamps, with the ambition to develop large-scale public installations. In , she worked with Studio Bagru in India on block printing textiles, a technique that now inspires her experimental glass patterns. Collaborating with artisans will remain a key part of her process going forward.
