Virginie Bécourt
Virginie Bécourt’s fascination with textiles began in childhood, influenced by her mother and sister’s sewing and embroidery. After transitioning from a career in pediatric education, she embraced textile creation and sculpture, focusing on ancient techniques and diverse materials.
Her art is driven by instinct, allowing the interplay of material and emotions to guide her. Nature inspires her work, with folds and textures acting as expressions of inner growth and sensitivity, turning emotions into tangible forms.
