Ruben Creemers developed a deep connection with image and imagination from an early age. What began with colored pencils, paper, and paint evolved into a journey of discovery across diverse disciplines: from graffiti and mural art to photography, illustration, typography, and graphic design. 
Blurring boundaries between creative disciplines is a recurring motif in his practice. Digital and analog merge, just as painting and sculpture meet in his recent work. Here, he experiments with brushstrokes without a frame, fixed composition or background. Each brushstroke is a fragment of life that carries intention and chance, energy and stillness, captured in a single gesture.
