Nafiseh Khatmian (born 1980, Tehran, Iran) is a Belgium-based mixed-media artist whose work explores transformation, memory, and the natural cycle of growth and decay. After graduating in Graphic Design in 2003, she relocated to Belgium in 2004, where she developed her distinctive technique of layering and hand-tearing paper to create textured, organic compositions.

Her poetic works draw inspiration from nature’s patterns and the emotional resonance of material, reflecting both her Iranian roots and her European surroundings.
