Joris Graaf
Joris Graaf is a self-taught visual artist whose abstract photography explores the tension between opposites: melody and noise, rhythm and chaos, light and dark. Inspired by music, memories, and change, he uses color and shape to evoke emotion.
Recently, he has begun painting over his prints to add depth and intensity. With a background in earth sciences, Joris’s work is defined by a minimal yet intense color palette and a dynamic interplay of order and chaos. His work is exhibited in galleries across the Netherlands and Belgium.
